Is there a way to programmatically access all user's out-of-office status and
autoreply message from an ASP.NET web application?

You can do that with WebDAV. You must read information from Mapi property
PR_OOF_STATE. After that, use WebDAV to send message. All these things are
possible to do from an ASP .NET application.

If you need WebDAV API for Exchange server,
use our component WebDAV .NET for Exchange.

Is there a way to access this information without using webdav?

Is there a way to make the value of this property available in the active
directory on a per user basis?
