Someone must know but not me. Can i get my figure amounts to only display to
2d.p. while it is linked back to an access dbase?

Thanks in advance

FWIW, I've only done one Infopath form linking to an Access database,
but I finally ended up changing almost all the fields (in Access) to
text, and then used the Infopath form to do all the validation and
data massage (including setting decimal points).

It worked rather well, once I had succumbed to the different mindset.

Me too but am on my 4/5th access linked form now but the first requiring
monetary figures and because i am calculating VAT to 8 d.p. it displays all
the results to 8 d.p. i can make the physical size of the field smaller but
then if the entry is 100 or more it would only show 1 d.p.

How have you managed the data massaging i can get the d.p. no problem but
restricting it in infopath is proving diffuclt
