I am on an exchange 2003 server with Webdav enabled.
To send appointment: - Create the appointment and invite people - It will fail to send and be stuck in your outbox - Drag it from the outbox to the drafts folder in your email account (not "on my computer") - Delete the original from your outbox - Double-click on the appointment in your drafts folder and click "send now" To accept an appointment - Buy an iphone - Set up your exchange account on the iphone - Accept the appointment from the iphone Simple! |

It seems that you have installed the latest version of Office 2008 for Mac.
