In a MoM 2005 environment, is there a reason why servers with the same
base OS do not have the same performance counters available?
As a number of Windows 2003 servers are only reporting about the MoM
service and not the standard server memory, processor or disk counters.

What are you running the mom action account as? Local system or something
else.

The MoM agent service is running as local system account on the
monitored server.

Look to ensure disk counters are enabled on those servers. Verify computers
are mapped to the right computer groups and the rule groups are mapped to
those accordingly.

Try running perfmon remotely from your management server against one of the
machines not showing certain counters and verify you can access them
remotely with perfmon.
