Outlook 2002
I am trying to move my account and all the folders to a new computer. I copied the backup.pst file to a cd rom. When I try to import it I am told Access Denied...... The properties show the file as Read only. |

Uncheck the read-only property.

You're welcome. :] Yes, Outlook needs an exclusive read/write lock on any
