I have finally updated my Office to 2007/2008, but am using a Dell (Windows
XP) at work and Mac at home. I'm getting used to the new appearance of
Office, where commands are, etc. at work, but Office on my Mac looks more
like Office 2003/2004 (pull-down menus, etc.). How do I get my Mac Office to
look like my Windows Office -- surely there is preference I'm missing, but I
feel like I've looked everywhere.

Thank you very much. I will stop looking and am very disappointed. While I
don't understand the technical reasons, this lack of support for mac users is
an on-going disturbance. It's hard enough getting used to a new interface
without having to use a different one on a different platform. Thanks again
for your quick reply.
