OL2003 with BCM. I installed BCM just fine but where do I access it
within OL? I don't see any options for it under VIEW or FILE or anywhere . please advise and thank you. |

Do you have an Exchange account? If so, BCM won't load.
If not, you should have a Business Tools menu in Outlook from which you can access the BCM folders. |
