Many people I know have been experiencing the problem of CPU "hangs" in
Outlook 2003 with XP SP2. These CPU hangs immedaitely stop if you turn OFF
Word as your email editor. The problem is: we want to use Word as our
emial editor.

Has anyone discovered the cause/fix for this issue??

I would suggest disabling word add-ins (adobe.... ) I think this is
probably the problem

The only add-in active in Outlook is my virus blocker. No add-ins active in
Word. Any more ideas?
