Help.
I am running Office 2000 Professional & installed
Publisher 2003. Each time I open an Office 2000
application AFTER Publisher, I get a message telling me to
repair the Office Assistant.
Is there anyway to fix this without purchasing Office 2003?

Did you install the service patches?

They can be found at:

I did install the service patches, to no avail. I still
have the same problem.
Any other ideas?

Hi rachael (smrsolstis),
in the newsgroups
you posted:

Why not? Do you get an error? If so, what is the error. Are you CD's
inserted before applying the install?
