after installation.this does not happen when i uninstall
norton system utilities 2.0 altogether.

indows 98 Version 4.10.2222

Hi Robert,

Norton Crash Guard was a failure!!! Ignore the error message.
Crash Guard was famous for creating more crashes than predicting.
Uninstall Crash Guard.
