When I double-click on desktop shortcuts, the Properties
for that shortcut open instead of the program/url/whatever the shortcut points to. I checked my mouse properties and it's set correctly. Why else would this happen? Also, the tab on my keyboard no longer tabs, it minimizes the window I'm in. What's up with that? This all just happened today, used to work fine. thanks in advance. |

Check your kb for any sticking keys like the Shift, Alt, Ctrl or Windows key and give it a good cleaning.
