Hello. I'm having a problem with internet explorer. The
main problem is that when you go to print, it does not work
and when you go to print preview, it does not show a
preview, it merely shows the gray-ish beige menu color.
When you try to exit this screen by pressing "close" it
does not work, you can only close by pressing the red X in
the upper right hand corner. Additionally, when you go to
the "About" screen, it does not display the version, cipher
strength or product ID like it previously did. This
problem came about upon trying to install Norton Internet
Security but the install somehow got corrupted and failed
during the installation process. Even though there was not
a full installation, the firewall feature was somehow
blocking internet access still. So I called Norton for
help and they helped in uninstalling the program but said I
would have to reinstall Internet explorer.

Looks like Norton Security is blocking your printing. You may have to
manually uninstall Norton Security. Follow the instructions in this link.

If no joy, reinstall IE.
