In what context? Corporate? ISP?

Corporate. I have been asked to make sure users cannot access the internet
until they have clicked on a button agreeing to the T's and C's.

I think that I have seen some signs that there are provisions for this
sort of thing but I can't remember exactly where or even what they were.
Try checking out the IEAK Help to see if it is mentioned there explicitly.
If so you wouldn't necessarily have to do a full IEAK distribution just to
implement that feature. E.g. you could use it find out what its implemenation
is and then do whatever that is in some other way yourself.

BTW this is probably not the best newsgroup to find out about such things in.
I expect you would have better luck with newsgroups which specialize in
administrative issues and deployment; e.g. perhaps one for SMS.
Unfortunately the one for IEAK is moribund; otherwise I would have
suggested it instead.

Sorry I wasn't able to be more help.

Good luck

Robert
