Outlook 2007, use of Exchange Server: I am finding that complete lists of
shared calendars disappear (sometimes) the next day from "All calendar items", and I have to reopen the Global address list and reopen the shared calendars again. Procedure used: 1) Click calendar>Click "Open Shared Calendar">Click the Name box in the dialog box "Open a Shared calendar", accesses Global address list and pick name of person to open shared calendar. Method 2) Click File>Open>Calendar> Click "Name" in dialog box. Why do the shared calendars disappear from the folders list? |

Could be that your views have become corrupt.
I think you should try using the ".../CleanViews" Command-Line Switch for Outlook. This restores default views. NOTE: All custom views you created are lost. This is very simple in that all you do is open outlook, but not by clicking the icon. Instructions for Outlook 2007 See the following link for information on how to use this switch VERY EASY: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...185891033.aspx Nikki "szuniga" <szuniga> wrote in message news:7a21 Outlook 2007, use of Exchange Server: I am finding that complete lists of shared calendars disappear (sometimes) the next day from "All calendar items", and I have to reopen the Global address list and reopen the shared calendars again.
