Hi,
Whenever I insert a CD, or a ZIP disk, the autoplay feature keeps
popping up asking me how I would like to deal with the disk.......how do I
turn this feature off, because its very annoying!

I did that, but the thing keeps coming, up, and this time there's not
checkbox!

Hmm... Try this:

1) double click "My Computer"
2) Right click your CD Drive and choose "Properties"
3) In the "AutoPlay" tab for each action in the pulldown list click "Select
an action to perform" and choose "Take no action" then click OK - see if
that helps you any

Open Windows Explorer, right click your CD-ROM drive, select Properties, go
to the AutoPlay tab, remove the check from "Prompt me each time to choose an
action," click apply and ok.
