If you are clicking the icons off of your toolbar, right
click on the icon. Click properties. About 2/3 of the
way down there is a RUN bar. In that bar you can choose
to have Normal Window, Maximized, or Minimized.

This should help.

Open the window in question, make it full screen, then go to "File" and
select, "close". Now when you open the program it will open to full screen.
Later on.
