When I transfer the Flat file to XML,usually causes the warning like this:
warning BEC2004: Record tags at the same level should be unique.
Why?

This is really off the top of my head as I haven't dealt with flat files for
a while now...but..

My guess would be that you have two records with identical tag identifier.
this means that when biztalk finds a records that matches this tag it cannot
determine which record it really is.
