Anyone know this issue please help me about the issue that MSCRMAsyncService was failed to start and here under is the detailed error in the event viewer Thanks in advanced. Duc The description for Event ID ( 17410 ) in Source ( MSCRMAsyncService ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: HCMP3APP01, System.InvalidOperationException: The requested Performance Counter is not a custom counter, it has to be initialized as ReadOnly. at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounter.Initialize() at System.Diagnostics.PerformanceCounter..ctor(String categoryName, String counterName, String instanceName, Boolean readOnly) at Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.PerformanceCounters..ct or(String instanceName) at Microsoft.Crm.Asynchronous.AsyncService.OnStart(St ring[] args). |

I think lodctr /R should fix this issue.
