When I open programs and select Word, it takes a least 20 seconds or more
before it is up and ready to start typing. When I close word, it takes at least 15 seconds to close. Excel on the other hand is almost instant loading and closing. What is the problem with word? Thanks. |

| IE takes 10 seconds to load when I start it. My home page is "about:blank" so that shouldn't slow IE down. When I double click the IE icon I have to wait ten seconds before the IE window shows up. This does not happen... |

Word takes 20 seconds to load and 15 seconds to unload. Why?
