Hi there!!
Will like to know what services in Content management are related to accounts. I plan to change some passwords and will like to know what services are used with domain accounts or local accounts |

Hi Charles,
you need to check the MCMS system account and the MCMS guest account. That's it. In addition check all the accounts assigned to rights groups in case you want to rename them you need to remove and readd them to the rights groups. Cheers, Stefam |

I have some questions about SPS 2005 Server too.
I need to integrate SPS, SQL 2005 and Content Management 2002. Is it possible? Which details are very important to integrate CMS and SQL 2005? Commonly CMS 2002 works with SQL 2000, but wich features is necesary to activate to CMS 2002 to work with SQL 2005?? Is available any online manual? Thanks! Davis "CSmart" wrote: [..] |

Hi Stefan!
Thanks for your replies. Is possible to set any option of compatibility mode for SQL 2005 to work like SQL 2000? With the porpouse to work with MCMS 2002? How to set that compatibily mode? do you recommend set this compatibility mode since a development point of view? Davis "Stefan [MSFT]" wrote: [..] |

Arpan Shah, program manager with Microsoft portals, said at TechEd 2005 in
Orlando that MCMS SP 2 will tail .NET 2.0 RTM release by 30-90 days... that's late November '05 - Feb '05 with the published release of .NET 2.0 RTM the week of November 7. More info: http://www.andrewconnell.com:80/blog...6/07/1315.aspx |

Hi!
If I install CMS without a domain controller, what kind of problems can happen? Why is "It is strongly recommended that you do not install MCMS 2002 on a stand-alone server without a domain controller" ???? Thanks Davis "Stefan [MSFT]" wrote: [..] |
