I have suddenly started to receive the following error
message when trying to create a new document: "This
document could not be registered. It will not be
possible to create links from other documents to this
document." If I press enter a couple of times I do get a
blank document. I have searched the knowledge base but
have not seen anything that seems to speak to this issue.
Can anyone tell me what has happened? What can I do to
correct this? Thanks

I have been having that problem today as a result of infection by the
Msblaster worm. I hope you're not infected, too!
