Hi,
I want to be able to show all the individual contract lines connected to an account in one location, rather than having to go into each contract to see individual contract lines. We may have an account with several contracts and within each contract we have several contract lines.... but the problem is that we want to see ALL of this accounts contract lines in one place rather than drilling into each contract to find what were looking for. In our old system we had a section for 'assets' where we could see all the main information for a customers products in one place. which now seems to be Contract lines, but no place to see it all together.... Any ideas? Thanks C |

Hi Craig,
Use "Advance Find" or "Report Wizard" to create a new report for Contrac Lines. |

Hi,
I was kinda hoping I would be able to see all assets from within the account itself. I.e. load the account, then on the right hand side have an option for 'assets' which pulls through the contract lines and displays all on one page. rather than having to create custom reports each time or do advanced find's.... Hi Craig,
Actually, contract lines are not directly linked with Accounts, thats why there is no associated view. You can create a Advance Find view and then add it in IFrame on Account window. Following will help you on this; http://jamesdowney.net/blog/post/Dis...n-IFRAMES.aspx |
