Hi Peeps,
When I got to recover my Gamertag it says it doesnt exsist, I have deffo typed it in as it is on my old xbox inc caps. Any ideas? I am on a 12 month sub |

Try calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX and have them guide you live.

Sorted it now. I had a 0 in it instead of an O. if you catch me drift.
