Also, I get the same error when I try to run report from ReportServer
(http://localserver/reportserver) directly.

Hi,

The trust for delegation message: I saw this many times, it did not affect
my singlebox installations. It is not recommended setting having Anyonymous
Logon having access to the databases.

It seems like reporting services is running ok. Since you are able to see
the list of reports directly. Did you check the datasource? Go to
http://localserver/reportserver. Click yourinstallation_MSCRM. You see a list
of all reports. Click Show Details. When you scroll down you see a datasource
(name ending with _MSCRM. The datasource should connect using integrated
security.

Did you check your internet explorer User Authentication settings? Check
your crm server is in the Local Intranet zone. It certainly has to do with
..NET security settings in combination of the Operating System kerberos. Could
it be some kind of policy is affecting your installation? Please check your
Microsoft.NET Framework Configuration.

Hi Merjin,

I am pretty sure that anonymous logon to database is not set.

I can see the list of reports directly but when i run a report, I get this
error. The datasource is connected using integrated security.

The CRM server is in the network. What do you mean by checking if CRM server
is in the intranet zone? How do I do it?

Thanks for this reponse!!

Shikhar

Hi,

The zone is in Internet Explorer. Tools - Options - Security. Click Local
Intranet, and add the crm server to the list of trusted websites.

Hi,

Another suggestion. Please also take a look at the CRM Diag Tool Turbo from
Benjamin:

http://blogs.msdn.com/benlec/archive...ne-issues.aspx

Just go to the download page to the left, create some info reports for crm
and for reportings services. The reports show a high level of detail of all
settings.
