Hello,
We recently moved moved our CRM to a new server. Since the move to the new
server sales processes will not automatically kick off or move to the next
stage when the activity is completed in the prior stage. I have a support
case in with MS and have run some scripts against the WF tables at their
direction, but the issue sitll remains. I found an article in KB about the
user becoming a restircted access user, but this is not the case in our
system. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also since the move our desktop client machines are having intermittent
problems. One minute they are working okay, then next minute they are
prompted for a password when they click on the "Regarding" button to promote
an email.

If the user is running IE 6 service pack 2 or higher make sure MSCRM is in
the "Local Intranet" sites under security. If they are running a version
before that make sure MSCRM is in the "Trusted" sites under security.
