Check if Themes service is running.
1. Click Start - Run - type SERVICES.MSC and press Enter key. 2. In the right side pane check for the service "Themes". 3. Double-click the Service and set the Startup Type to "Automatic" and click the Start button. 4. Right-click on your Desktop - click Properties - under the Themes tab see Windows XP theme is listed now. Hope this help, let us know! |
