I have a few users that do not show Free/Busy information after March of
2008 for some reason. Anything before March shows up as normal. Other users are working fine. How do I get this fixed... is there a way to "update" the Free/Busy for those particular users where it's not showing? Thanks, TJ |

For Outlook up to version 2003: In Outlook, look in Tools...Options...Calendar Options...Free/Busy Options... "Publish _ month(s) of Calendar free/busy information on the server" For Outlook 2007: In Outlook, look in Tools...Options...Calendar Options...Free/Busy Options...Other Free/Busy "Publish _ month(s) of Calendar free/busy information on the server" Make sure they are set to whatever you want - I user 12 months Click OK until you are back to Outlook. If they WERE set wrong, you should now be fine. If not. you will have to start outlook from the command line, using the commandline switch /cleanfreebusy C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office<VERSDION NUMBER>\OUTLOOK.EXE /cleanfreebusy Kar |
