Hi,

I wanted to use management tools of exchange 2007 with exchange 2003.
Is it possible to do that?
Is there any other command line utility available to perform
operations with exchange 2003?

Any help or reference will be appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,
Gaurav

Nope.

Not any that will give you the ability to do what you probably want to
do. There are 3rd-party tools, though.

Can you suggest some command line tool(a 3rd party tool will do) that
will allow to set the Exchange 2003 Server options like
1. Creating mailboxes
2. Applying system policies
3. Applying recipient policies
4. Enabling bcc journaling and message journaling

Any references will also be appreciated.
