Hi,
SBS2003 Standard. All users have custom signatures - no matter how many times management request it's standardised. Now we have apps sending emails direct, but still need them to be stamped with some sort of signature / disclaimer. So: What tools are available for SBS2k3 to setup standard disclaimers for all / select users. Is there a way of restricting users from creating a signature? Thanks Marek |

Hi Marek,
This should help with regards the outgoing disclaimers http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=78 or alternatively there are always 3rd party products like GFI Mail Essentials that can do that job [among others]. Would think that there would probably be some way of locking down Outlook to prevent using custom signatures but you're maybe using a hammer to crack a nut - get management to put it down in writing as part of the conditions of employment that users can't do this...
