I have SBS 2003 Standard, a Cingular 2125 with the latest firmware including
direct push (which is working), I installed Mobile Admin on the SBS server. I'm not seeing the phone listed as a device, or in remote wipe screen. Suggestions? |

Hi Brian,
Thank you for posting here. In order to better address your problem, please let me know the following questions: Can you sync emails contacts etc with your Exchange server? Do you have any problem on your mobile device for instance: access OMA, client sync? Does this issue occur on other device? Did you apply Exchange Service Pack 2? Based on my research, Cingular 2125 device and the server software is included in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Did you enable Exchange ActiveSync Features at the User Level? Blow I would like to provide you some useful info about how to deploy Mobile 5 with Small Business Server 2003. Please schedule your time to take a look at this article. Hi Chace,
This is what resolved my issue. Check the settings of the ExAdmin virtual directory to ensure that SSL is not required. To do this, perform the following steps: In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, expand Default Web Site, right-click ExAdmin, and click Properties. On the Directory Security tab, in the Secure Communication section, click Edit. Ensure that the Require secure channel (SSL) check box is cleared. Thanks, Brian "chace zhang" wrote: [..] |
