Can anyone recommend an app for monitoring network traffic?

We have a cap of 5GB/month which should be far more than we need, but we
keep getting notices that we have exceeded that. I suspect our ISP's
monitor is wrong - or something very weird is happening!

I'd look at <http://www.macorchard.com/network/> and see if anything there
would help.

A simple Google search for "mac track network usage" turned up this:

And if you want real-time display of network usage, you can't beat iStat
