help
How do I add an new SEND TO using Vista. There used to be a send to folder
in the Windows directory but it does not seem to be there any more.

Look in: Drive Letter:\users\Account
Name\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\sendto.
Use the Drive Letter and Account Name applicable to your system.

Click start and type

shell:sendto

and hit <enter> to get to the right location. It is now localized to the
user and not the system in general.
