Profit and Loss Reports - Turnover breakdown?

I have pulled of a years worth of P&L reports only to find that some months
reflect

Beverage, Food & Fees under the turnover heading and other months just Food
& Bev.

I am trying to get rid of the Fees as this should not be there, but can not
understand why or how to do this, I have looked at the reports and trying to
figure this out, but with no success yet? I know that thier is a simple
solution. can anyone help?
